NovaHealth Medical Services PLLC
Terms of Service
Effective September 13, 2026
The short version: memberships are month-to-month and cash-pay, you can cancel anytime, the website isn't medical advice, and nothing here is for emergencies — those are always 911.
Agreeing to these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and NovaHealth Medical Services PLLC ("NovaHealth", "we"). They govern novahealthmed.com, the member portal, and our membership and visit services. By using the site, checking the agreement box during signup, or becoming a member, you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use the services.
What NovaHealth is — and isn't
- NovaHealth is a membership-based Primary Care practice serving patients physically located in Texas, delivered by telehealth under our Telehealth Consent.
- A membership is not health insurance and does not satisfy any legal requirement to carry insurance. We recommend keeping coverage for specialists, hospital care, and emergencies.
- Content on the website is general information, not medical advice. A clinician-patient relationship is formed through actual care in the portal — not by browsing the site.
- Never for emergencies. If this is an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Eligibility
Memberships are for adults 18 and older who are physically located in Texas during visits. Signup includes screening questions; answering them truthfully is a condition of membership, and clinical fit is always ultimately our clinicians' judgment.
Memberships, billing, and cancellation
- Memberships are cash-pay and billed monthly through Stripe. There are no contracts or cancellation fees — cancel anytime, and billing stops at the end of the current period.
- Same-day visits are based on availability. No-copay pricing applies to cash-pay memberships that do not bill a health insurance plan for the visit.
- Pairing a membership with health insurance requires an insurance plan that allows cash-pay visits and must be confirmed by our office.
- A one-time visit may be applied toward a membership within 30 days of the visit.
- Prices may change; existing members get advance notice before any change affects them.
Insurance
We accept select insurance plans for certain services. Coverage varies by plan, so call (817) 221-0807 to verify yours before your first visit. Where insurance applies, your plan's copays, deductibles, and rules govern.
Your account and acceptable use
- Keep your account information accurate and your credentials private; your account is for you alone.
- Don't misuse the services — no unlawful use, no attempting to access others' information, no interfering with the site's operation, and no misrepresenting who you are.
- We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms, and you may end your membership at any time.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes what the website collects and why. Your medical information is additionally protected by HIPAA.
Ownership, disclaimers, and liability
- The website, its content, and the NovaHealth name and branding belong to NovaHealth Medical Services PLLC. You may use the site for your own care, not to copy or rebuild it.
- The website and portal are provided "as is." We work hard to keep them available and accurate but can't promise they will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
- To the fullest extent Texas law allows, NovaHealth's liability arising from the website or these terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights the law doesn't allow us to limit, and nothing here alters our clinicians' professional obligations to you.
Texas law, and changes to these terms
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If we change them in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and let members know before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the services after that means you accept the updated terms.
